Naked Baby By The Road...(Poem)

The naked baby by the road,
Like a supine feline or docile canine,
Permeable and porous,
Vulnerable to vultures,
Discombobulated by the barbarousness,
Of honking honkers going bonkers,
Eyes flittering like tadpoles,
Groping for parental attention,
From beings busy with survival instincts,
Left alone for acculturation,
To the world outside the womb.
